Very nice and detailed outline of 2016 prediction and i must agree that mobile is going to increase the share YOY. If i compare the conversion device data, i have seen significant improvement from mobile device. Here business must not ignore this metrics and should focus on having responsive website for sure.

Social media automation will be help if planned properly as i have seen many businesses just syndicating updates that looks more on robotics and doesn’t encourage engagement. I always believe in populating engaging content that can add more value.
