  1. Speed is everything.<\/strong> When a new visitor uses your audit form, email them asap to get a conversation going. Tomorrow is too late, they might be thinking about something else by then, or talking to a competitor.<\/li>\n
  2. Offer a free review of the audit report.<\/strong> This will help build your new relationship and begin the process of converting your lead into a sale. Note: You can do this automatically from your Customize tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Face-to-face meetings close deals!<\/strong> If your targeting local businesses try your hardest to get a face-to-face meeting.\u00a0 When I did this, my chances of closing a deal went from 20% to 80%.
